Glad I went with my gut instead of believing all the reviews at first!

I moved in two weekends ago and I was aprehensive at first because of the older reviews not being stellar. I look at reviews on everything before I buy it or visit it or what whatever. Anyway, I really really liked North Beach and the people in the office were sooo much nicer than the people at every other apartment I looked at. I was confused why one other place I looked at had higher ratings and I even asked for a discount off rent just because the rating of NB was lower than the other place I was thinking about (it didn't work by the way, lol). The manager told me that if they don't encourage people that are happy with the apartments to go to this web site to type good things, then only the complainers get heard. Makes sense!! (She actually said it a little more eloquently than that, but I got her point.) So here I am, a person that has actually taken a few minutes out of my day to say something nice!! My apartment is awesome!!! I can't imagine that you will be disappointed if you move to North Beach. It is a little pricy, but you get what you pay for you know!! If anything negative happens, then I'm sure I'll be back her to complain, lol, but for now all is great!
