No peace!

The peoperty itself is maintained well and has beautiful landscaping. The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything from any surrounding apartments. You can hear doors close and any activity in the hallways. The fixtures are poorly made and cheap(especially the toilets). As far as the office staff, the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. Several of them are nice; however, they do not communicate with each other and you can be given several different answers from several different people, and in the end "no one knows what you are talking about." Very frustrating!!! Because the property is down from UNF, it is like living in a college dormitory. A lot of the tenants are constantly partying, hanging in the hallways, and displaying druken and rude behaivor. Do a drive through at about 2-4 am on a Friday or Saturday. If you desire a peaceful and quiet environment, this is not the place for you. If you desire partying and loudness, and an unprofessional office staff, this is your heart's desire!
