This place truly does look amazing from the outside.. The landscaping is always in top notch shape along with the pool. The staff has very high turnover all the way from the leasing agents up to the top brass. There is never any continuity in what happens or what is said with the staff. When it comes to the apartments the lay outs are great but that is it. It appears they used the most discounted fixtures they could find then had a half sober person to hang them. The walls are so thin I could hear people all around me talking, watching TV, playing with their kids, dogs barking, and even using the bathroom. Being so close to UNF there are a tremendous amount of kids that live here and PARTY here. Make sure before you lease you drive through at different times of day to check it out.. Don t worry the gate is usually broken so you shouldn t have a problem getting in. I hope this helps whoever is reading it to make an informed decision...
