Looks can be deceiving

I haved lived in other apartment complexes before and the noise that you can hear coming from other apartments is excessive. Other apartments will tell you they have cement walls that mute the noise of your neighbors. Of course, you are going to hear noise in an apartment complex but this is more than ridiculous. North Beach is a beautiful location and the amenities are great. There is no denying it. Of course, the office staff is nice and polite in order to get you to move in. I am a mature, intellegent woman and I treat each and every person with mutual respect, so to speak to me as if I am stupid is not acceptable. The office staff needs to take a class in people skills and learn how to speak to people in a respectful manner. If a whole group of people are telling you there is partying going on, then you should listen and investigate to make sure the complaint is valid. Of coure those that are partying are not going to express their concerns. The owner should really speak to individuals to see what is really going on.
