Don't judge a book by its cover

I am looking for a new apartment home and I was curious as to what other people had to say about where I live now. I thought it was just me! I am reassured now that I am making the best decision. I try to have a positive outlook on life. I will start off by giving credit where credit is due. There are some great things about North Beach like the pool, the gym, the grounds, the maintenance staff. The maintenance staff are very friendly and they do an excellent job. It looks like they are trying to make an improvement, but as of right now the office staff are not very professional. The walls in this apartment are paper thin and you can hear everything next to you, above you, and even in the hallways. I have lived in other apartment homes and even in my college dorm, and have never experienced a noise level like this. I should not have to deal with people partying on a consistent basis. Everyone is entitled to entertain guest on an occasional basis but definately not as a routine and especially when you are disturbing your neighbors. I wish you only the best if you are moving here. I just encourage you to make an informed decision and please don't judge a book by its cover. Do your research on any anywhere that you plan on making your home.
