Not what we expected

My boyfriend and I have lived at North Beach for about a year. I was attracted to the beautiful pond area, the amazing pool, and my boyfriend loved the 24 hour access to the gym! This being our first apartment together we were so excited about our cute floor-plan, our current and update appliances, we had so much space, and our perfect lawn. At first North Beach was our perfect home; however the pleasant experience didn't last long. We ourselves are college students but the level of noise from other residents is ridiculous! The noise is worse than what I dealt with living on campus at my old dorm. The walls are so thin we can hear full conversation in our kitchen from the adjacent apartment. I have 8:00am classes and sleeping the night before is impossible because of the constant disturbances from other apartments, we shouldn't be able to hear every time our neighbors are arguing or even just making smoothies That is their business. The office staff never took the time to care or listen to my complaints, I am a younger residence but I'm a paying customer too. Eva was always ultra-helpful and I so love her for that but the rest of the staff seemed clueless to anything that was ever going on. I wish we read the reviews before we moved because I m noticing all the positive comments are from new tenants or people who haven't moved in yet. I think it s strange everyone is a new resident to North Beach, the apartments are newly built but nobody else seems to be renewing their leases either.
