First, I want to thank Eva Hopkins who worked with me (I was in NYC prior to move) and second, I LOVE MY PLACE!
I am retired military and moved here to JAX because the lifestyle was easy living in comparison to NYC. I like living less than 15 mins from Jax Beach and the fact that my apartment is so filled with light that I don't use electricity until the evening. Been here going on 3 weeks and have nothing but great things to say. From walking around and seeing the ducks, fish and turtles in the lake on the property, to the clean grounds and people happily walking their dogs around. You will really like this place if you choose to move here!
