Great place...community feel!

I am beside myself reading the other reviews where people say they hear their neighbors. Sure, I hear my neighbors and other sounds in the building, but this is typical of new construction these days! I first moved first to Tattersall on the Southside, and the notice level is EXACTLY the same as it as there. I think buildings must have been built different back in the day and maybe most people are not used to living in new construction. I moved from Tattersall because I was not happy with the service there, and my lease was up. I have been happy at North Beach, and I like being closer to the bach as well. The gounds here are kept sooooo clean. I mean, unbelievable!! The owners/staff here really care about the place, because it always is well kept. They are always busy in the office here though, so sometimes I have to wait a bit to get through, or they end up calling me back (I guess they use caller ID to see what calls they missed). Overall, I am happy here and plan to stay for a while. Plus, they just started doing more on FB, trivia and photos, etc, so I think that is cool. I feel like a part of a community now rather than just some place I pay rent to. It's a great place, but if you have issues with noise, better find an old place in town, because with the new luxury apartments/condos ANYWHERE you are going to have the same type of construction.
