I believe that the black residents at North Beach are not respected. I say this from personal experience. When a black middle aged woman lounging by the pool is ordered by a big fat security guard to get up from his seat while in the company of guests, when a black resident goes into the office and is asked, "do you have an appointment, do you live here?", when a black middle aged woman is walking by the pool and is asked if she has permission to be there, and the management tries to justify these insults and an apology can't even be squeezed from them; black people, beware. "Even if you're in a Benz, you're still a ------!"
