I wish I could write a positive review but after moving out, I have nothing good to say. I actually enjoyed living here, the property was relatively nice and the until was pretty nice as well. I didn't really use the amenities because I was never really home. However, I moved out and scrubbed everything because I wanted to make sure I got my deposit back. I'm telling you, I was on my hands and knees scrubbing walls, baseboards, toilets, window sills, EVERYTHING. The only thing I didn't completely scrub was the oven because I had no time left and needed to turn my keys in. Of course, I was charged $40 for this but I expected that. What I didn't expect is to be charged $248 for carpet cleaning because of pet urine/evidence of pet! I have never owned a pet ever. When I told them that they said there was dog food in the back of the laundry room and urine stains... Any chance the person before me could have done that? I'm so pissed because I have never owned a pet and if there were urine stains on my carpet I think I would have known because I would have smelled/seen it! Also, if I had a pet don't you think that they would have seen me walking it around or something!? I haven't seen pictures of these said urine stains but you can bet I'm disputing it! Just a way to rip me off and charge me more money! For the price you pay here, you can find a much nicer ace with better amenities and a decent staff. I moved into a larger apartment in a nicer area for the same price and I have valet trash service now!
