I am so excited to be posting this review of North Beach on Kernan as I recently discovered this site!! I have been living here since the pre-construction phase and would actually buy my place if it ever turned condo. I have lived all over the US as I used to travel for my job, and have lived in the best of the best. North Beach is TOP NOTCH!! They have amazing amenities and are EXTREMELY pet friendly!! I have 2 yorkies and they never miss a day playing in the BARK PARK which ACTUALLY has these little agility tunnels and stuff for them to play in. This property is A in my opinion and staff gets an EXTRA PLUS just for being so AMAZING!! There have been some recent changes with the leasing staff, which has been for the better in my opinion. There is a new guy that works there named either Brian or Brandon who always goes above and beyond to make sure I am happy and satisfied with whatever it is that I ever need. One time I thought I left my iron on and he immediately raced over to my apartment and turned it off for me. Who does that where we live in such a busy hectic world? Not to mention that office is always so busy. The fact that he took the time to stop what he was busy doing to take care of my apartment speaks VOLUMES! WHO does that this day in age?! The manager there is really amazing as well. She is very fair and professional and very understanding of people in general. Maintenance is TOP NOTCH as well and I have never had ONE issue not get taken care of the same day I called it in. I cannot say the same for the other places I have lived where maintenance wasn't the greatest. If you are looking for a very reasonably priced, luxury gated community then this is definitely the place to live. Especially if you are a student at UNF, or work for Mayo Clinic, or just simply want to live in the NICEST part of Jacksonville!!
