The staff at North Beach on Kernan must think that people are complete failure's as humans and as stupid as they are. All good reviews written about this Slum Land are written by the staff. The place is complete purgatory. If a neighbor around so much as takes a dump you will here the splash as it hits the toilet water. I'm shocked that legally this place is still allowed to operate. Lawyers have been notified and FRAUD has too stop. The owners and constructors of this hell hole should be looking at hefty sentences. The only people the apartment caters to would be to drug dealers and people in need of a flop house! The place is complete garbage. The NOISE is INSANE!!!!
