BEST PLACE I HAVE LIVED AT IN JACKSONVILLE!!!
I moved in with my husband in September 2012 and everyone since the beginning has been nothing but helpful. Shannon helped us with our lease and signing everything and helping us choose, and Eva is absolutely wonderful. They both were very patient and helped us get the best deal we could for the time we wanted to stay. After being there a more then a year, we have had a few maintenance problems and the maintenance crew comes out as soon as they can to fix whatever problem we have. They are easily the most professional people I have ever dealt with in an apartment complex. While they are fixing whatever problem they check the A/C and the door to check the battery for the lock and make sure the seal on the door they are so WONDERFUL! My husband and I are actually re-newing our lease and I am really happy. The property is really well taken care of and the buildings get pressure washed I believe monthly so it keeps bugs and spiders from beginning to nest above your door or getting nasty.
As for the noise part, it is never too bad for me, unless you have really mean neighbors I don't ever hear much of anything, there was only one issue that I had and I spoke with the office and it was handled in a very professional manner.
I believe that if you keep an open line of communication with the office staff and let them know if you are unhappy they will do their best to fix what ever it is because the genuinely want to have happy residents and for people to be happy to live at North Beach :)
I have nothing but great things to say about everything and everyone at North Beach, if there is a problem simply say something!
