That's great that others have had such positive experiences. Mine's been mediocre, at best.

What gets 1/2 star review is the NOISE! I've lived in an apartment before and have spent time with friends in their apartments here in Jax. NBK is by far the worst! I'm not talking you-can-hear-your-neighbors-partying level noise, I'm talking you-can-hear-your-neighbors-talking level noise. The walls are PAPER THIN! You can hear your neighbors doing laundry - seriously, you can hear the dial turning! It's BAD! I'm not saying that it's always loud with a bunch of partying, that's not it at all, it's the day to day stuff. I absolutely would not choose this place again because of it. There are quieter, cheaper options near us with similar/better features that I will choose next time.
