We have been here just over a year and are renewing. This community feels like a home. It's safe, clean, the staff has been friendly, and it's close to so many restaurants, grocery stores, and the town center. The only thing I would say is that I wish there was more parking or some type of restriction on vehicles taking up two spaces overnight. But that's only a minor inconvenience! Looking forward to another year :)

North Beach has been a great place to live. As a couple of newlyweds on their own for the first time we couldn't have picked a more welcoming community. The staff is so friendly and the neighbors are very polite. Any work orders have been quickly resolved. The community is always clean and it just feels safe.
