Nothing short of HORRIBLE

The people running this "apartment complex" (should be called PARTY central) are morons. They can't think outside the box, they don't care about the RENTER, only the people who own the property and only want to PLEASE THEM. If you're unhappy about something, sorry, you're SCREWED. Seriously. The "Security gate" never works... The maintenance staff is RUDE and slow to help you if you need anything. Everything is cheaply made, and falls apart fast (with no one to help you fix it!!!) No where to park, because all the kids are here from UNF. Loud loud loud both in your "home" and outside from college kids screaming and carrying on. All things appear nice on the outside but once you sign that lease you belong to THEM... sign your soul over to the -----! Couldn't wait for our one year to be up.. we're happy in another location and honestly anything is better than them. Look at all the recent reviews and dates... it's obviously staff that is making these false claims of how "great" it is to live there... Ha!! so funny. If you're deaf, blind, and don't care about stuff falling apart, proceed!!
