So we have children who stomping over our heads like on a week day before we go to work at 5:30am and on Saturday's morning early morning we have called our front office and went to talk to them about it but nothing was done we even talk the people over us to them about there kids but nothing change at all the office said they was gonna email them but some people don't look at there email but never did also before our lease was up we asked could we move to another 3 Bedroom she said no we would have to move into a 2 Bedroom we just so upset because we have been here for 7 Years now and we never had this problem like this. We don't want anyone staying over our heads no more.

My experience here has been nothing less than awesome, everyone from office to groundskeeper has been exceptional, whenever I needed them they were there in a timely manner. Great place to live, thank you for being the best!

I really enjoy the community here at pine meadows.The neighbors and front office staff are wonderful and pleasant... Our only issue is that maintenance needs more workers. We look forward to many more years here at pine meadow apartments..

It started off rough but I love my place now. Some of the residents need to be ejected because they're making the place look bad leaving their dog poop around but overall I love this place It's a beautiful property We need more people that care about where they live living here.

HORRIBLE!! Onsite management is rude, incompetent, invasive and useless. Some of the neighbors are loud, rude and violent. Because management has no control over any situations, it feels like a very unsafe place to live.

Besides the kids upstairs making noise I really love living they fix things on a timely matter most of the people in the office are nice in the community is beautiful. I plan on staying for a few more years.

This place is terrible

Why is it that this somplex painted outside of the apartments, but did not pressure wash before they painted? Nothing but dirt under new paint job. There's even a wasp nest that is painted. Paint on railings, And floors. This is terrible! AC never works. Pool always closed. Maintenance is horrible.

It's a nice place to live we have everything around here to shop wherever we need need for example to get food I can walk to Sam Club that to close and and we have that place it's security to walk around so I love it

When I first moved out here I loved staying out here it was quite and the neighbors was friendly now the the neighbors loud they be outside 2 or 3 in the morning playing loud music drinking beer chasing each other like they kids. I can't take it no more I'm ready to move

Awesome experience thus far. Moved in September with no issues. In the past 6 months it's been very refreshing and peaceful for the most part. It's a nice location not far from Town Center, Tinseltown, and the Beach.

The community staff response on time for maintenance if needed, and do their best to keep clean the community, but some neighborhoods are missy and don't care about the community, they sit on breeze way and make dirty the stairs.

It's was nice to live in this place, but lately there are a lot of disorders with some residents and their guests, smoking and making noise in the breezeway and stairs leaving trash and cigarettes ashes...I'm so disappointed and thinking to move to another place if this situation doesn't change it.

I hate it here

Don't waste you time or money this place is horribly kept filthy and everything is always broken neighbors are loud ignorant and rude the office staff is incompetent. I can't wait to move been trapped her 3 years to long. Don't let those pictures lie to you.

This place is a nightmare the office staff is useless and incompetent the grounds are filthy the teenagers like to smoke weed in the stairwells and leave trash everywhere break into the pool area after hours sit on peoples cars and kick doors at night. The floors are caving in and the place needs to be renovated. The noise is ridiculous my upstairs neighbors stomp around like they weigh 600lbs and the office acts like they can’t right them a courtesy letter to ask them to be more considerate. The staff seems to change every month the new staff is just as useless and incompetent --- the ones before them.

I absolutely love living in Pine Meadows. The location is perfect because it's minutes away from either downtown or the beach. The office staff is amazing and will do just about anything to help the residents.

I loved the apartment until they rent the upstairs apartment to a family that should live in a jungle. They run, jump and make all type of noises at all hours! I'm an elderly lady with a son that wakes up every time they start with the noises. My life has become a nightmare!

It ANNOYS see the feces of their dogs and cat in the green areas and sidewalk. As also the poor cleaning un the corridos. Good neighborhood and nice pool.

I've lived at Pine Meadows for 5 years now and haven't had a major problem. The new manager is very nice. Maintenance takes care of things quickly unless it's something that can wait so they take care of others that need it more which is understandable. I live on the 2nd floor and I can hear everything from the floor above. Roaches roaches roaches. Pest control comes but they don't come every wk unless you request and still doesn't make a change. I don't see strippers/drug dealers here but I am rarely outside. From work to my apt and my apt to work. I'm not in other peoples business cuz I definitely don't want anyone in mine. Overall it's a good place. Gates are NEVER closed though! Karen the assistant manager has preference for sure! So if you have any issues I'd just go straight with manager. Mold is an issue as well.

They have ------ --- strippers that live here!!! Always fighting, being loud and having a bunch of people with guns and drugs in their house. Every time I look around, the police are out and busting someone's apartment. This place has ------ --- tenants!! If I could give it no stars I would. This place deserves no stars!

Pine medows apts the floors are thin and u can hear all the noise and music from the neighbors. There are a lot of roaches and when u go to throw the garbage away there is garbage on the floor around the dumpster. The hall ways and stair case and walls are very dirty they could use a good pressure wash. I can't wait to move unfortunately my lease will not be up for a while the address is 3451 saland way
