The Place is a nice place to stay and the better of any lower rent apartments in jacksonville.

People who dont like the place &#44; like the one reiview mentioning the staffs names&#44; are usually &#34;Haters&#34; because they where dienied lease renewal or peinalized for PAYING THEIR RENT LATE.

The apartment &#44; isnt &#34;The Ritz&#34;&#44; but it&#39;s quaint and in a convienient location in Jax.  Crime and Violence? nothing major. In expensive complex&#39;s &#44; you&#39;ll have a break-in or a fight &#44; or noise; Its apartment living. But Pine meadows is relatively safe and quite&#44; especially in comparison to some of the other complexes in the surrounding area.

I love living here at Pine Meadows, nice clean environment, the office and maintenance always kind, friendly and helpful if you need it, and maintenance is also on point,I've had to contact them twice and each time they were at my door within the hour and these were not emergency cases, point I'm making is this is a great place to call home, they're doing an awesome job.

It's a complete nightmare the grounds are dirty people do drugs out in the open management does not take our concerns or complaints seriously and the apartments are worn and something is constantly breaking. The maintenance team do the best they can so I have a lot of respect for them but at far as living here don't do it. The teenagers run around banging on doors in the middle of the night having sex in the pool area sitting on and vandalizing cars. I've had to call the police on the neighbors upstairs 6 times now for excessive noise up to 3 in the morning the office has done nothing about that either. There is garbage all over the community people don't put trash in the dumpster they throw it anywhere. They stairs and breezeways are never pressure washed. The fly through the neighborhood completely ignore stop signs the teenagers damage the fence around the park and take over the only park so your kids have no where to play. I've been trying to get a transfer for like 8 months now I can't wait until my lease is up. I hate it here never peace and quiet. All the grass and plants are dead that a clear warning sign for me.

Haven't had any issues office & maintenance are very professional and very helpful and always on time with work orders. GREAT JOB PINE MEADOWS FROM # 708 ?? WE NEED A NEW PLAYGROUND & A BASKETBALL COURT AND TRASH CANS BY THE PARK NEED A NEW GRILLS BY THE PICNIC TABLES NEED A FITNESS ROOM PARTY ROOM & COMPUTER ROOM FOR THE KIDS WE NEED A SUMMER CAMP FOR THE KIDS WE NEED BACK TO SCHOOL EVENTS WE NEED MORE COMMUNITY MEETINGS ONE TIME A MONTH WE NEED LIFE JACKETS BY THE POOL AREA

This has been the best Apt complex I have ever lived in, office staff as well as maintenance is absolutely amazing, any time I have needed them they have always been right on time, and when they have not seen or heard from me they will call to make sure I am alright, I appreciate the care and concern they have, living here is like living around extended family, keep up the good guy, you're awesome.

It started off rough but I love my place now. Some of the residents need to be ejected because they're making the place look bad leaving their dog poop around but overall I love this place It's a beautiful property We need more people that care about where they live living here.
