Donot rent until manager whitney gets fired

hi...This is my second time informing you about manager whitney in pine meadows apartments......Whitney is a terrible manager.She is rude and also lazy.She does nothing for the people who actually have a problem, but does everything for the people that kiss her behind. I am not sure why there was no response to the email i had sent the first. time but whitney needs to be investigated. She has violated the fair housing law and giving discounts to people who donot need it. They donot fall in the low income catergory. Most of the people that are being put in low income or discounted apartments are people with jobs that work everyday. while people who dont have a job she is raising the rent...Neighbors all around have moved because of this. Whitney acts as if she owns the property and does as she pleases. One time she had told me that there was no wait list for discounted aparyments. Then when I went with my trouble that I had lost my job she stated that she already had 2 people in the wait list the people that just moved in downstairs were going to be moved to a discounted apartment. Tenants 106 are moving to apartment # 402... Tenant 107 takes care of 8-10 kids with no license and smokes marijuana. I know this because when you step outside you smell it. I have been a tenant for 2 years and never paid late until this year due to losing my job. Whitney did not care and stated that there was no discounts. I have 3 kids all are asmatic and 1 child of mine has been diagnosed with cystic fibrosis. I have been denied unemployment and trying to make ends meet with whatever savings i have had, Whitney still denies to give me a discount which at this point i had asked to downgrade and she stated that it would just be $75 less. What kind of help is that? She stated she is only doing her job. Well she had done nothing. She has violated my confidentiality by telling other residents about how i have paid late and how she is going to kick me out when i as a tenant adhere by all the rules while the lady downstairs who has discounted 3 bedroom tenant 107 does drugs and her kids are animals they run around the complex destroing things and bother other tenants. they throw trash everywhere. They never kick her out because shes whitneys friend. How about tenants 106 they are moving to a discounted apartment only because ana one of the people that work with whitney thats her family so whitney has scammed you guys into getting them a discounted apartment when they have no disability what soever and both tenants work just fine.....One tenant stated that she got a discounted apartment by being the snitch of the complex. My jaw dropped. Whitney thinks she owns pine meadows and she needs a reality check. So while im struggling she is giving discounted apartments to people with new cars and i with no child support or anything else has to struggle. I dont expect you to give me the apartment but give it to people that are low income with proof and people who are disabled...Whitney has violated the fair housing act in my eyes and has also violated my confidentiality by proof since other tenants have told me. Something better be done now. take action. I will leave you since tomorrow i will be out on the streets with my 3 children but prefer it then to live in pine meadows with a manger that hires drug addicst dealers and crack whores
