Micro Managing at it's Worst

Where to start. First I asked if these apartments were HUD, I was told no. That is a lie. The apts are brandnew and I figured, what's the worst that can happen. Well lets see: Roaches? Already? Wow. I've spoken to 5 other tenants, all have the baby skinny roaches. We are talking about 2 month old apts here, unfortunatly they were NEVER sprayed. <br><br>We move in, holes are unpatched in the wall, none of the jacks are hooked up the office is unreachable. Talking to Brenda the manager you get the impression she is a conartist. Always go with your first impression. Her helper , Linda is no better. You ask her any question and she has to ask Brenda, who is clueless as well.<br><br>Nothing is done, nothing is getting done. Want to find out what to expect from these guys? Call the number, if you are lucky enough to reach anyone (1 out of 10 times you may) ask who Corp Office/Management is. I was told "we dont give that information out".<br><br>Also watch out for the old switcheroo!!! They get your deposit, app fee and another 100 dollars for "holding" and tell you before that you can have the first or second floor. Once you are approved you find out that "Oh all of those are gone, we have 3rd floor's left or you can wait" Ok, if someone shelled out 500 dollars thinking they are going to get a 1st or 2nd floor apt and they have to wait 6months chances are they are going to say "I give up" and take a 3rd floor.<br><br>Don't take my word for it, call the office and ask anything, hell try to get through!
