i live in Pine Meadow Apartments now & OMG, my lease is up in May and I cant wait. My fiance & I are actually thinking about breaking the lease it is so bad here. I had put in for a few different things that i wanted fixed, I'm on the second floor and i have water spots on my ceiling and my ceiling is cracked ( I was told it was fine), my two year old daughters window in her room has no screen ( I am yet to see one), My hot water only ran for 15 minutes, My fridge makes a loud noise ( The only reason those two were fixed is cause i went to the office demanded a copy, they told me they were all done, in which i replied um no its not, they came and fixed in the next day). Whitney the ----- in the office is horrible, you would swear this is her place... she has no business working around people. I had the decal on my licence plate stolen off, but my registration is up to date ( she told me I had two days to get a new decal or they were going to tow my car). I filed a police report and gave them a copy and told her exactly what i thought of her. The people below us are always out fixing vehicles ( against lease agreement; its not allowed on property), and they let their dog run around with no leash; (also against lease agreement), we then found out they are the assistant managers family, so they can do whatever they want! This place is horrible & we are praying we can find a place ASAP and say screw the lease! IT IS HORRIBLE HERE! DONT DO IT! DONT WALK, RUN FROM, PINE MEADOWS APARTMENTS!
