I moved in this apartment on a spit of the moment decision. These apts are income restricted and I made to much to live there but they still gave me one. I was given the wrongly have a third floor speech so I didn't have a choice in that regard. I loved my apt at first. There was fresh paint carpet and new flooring that was being done the day I moved in. They also let me use there washer and dryer in the apt free of charge( the maintenance men were to lazy to take them downstairs). After about three months I started seeing roaches everywhere. I knew I had to get out of there as I was about 7 months pregnant at the time. The maintenance staff is nice but so lazy and there never on call on the weekend. The phone number doesn't even work. The apts are filled with ppl that are not on the lease. There loud, dirty and ------. Ppl were so lazy to throw there trash bags in the dumpster and the complex was to cheap to have the garbage company come out more than once a week so trash overflow was a problem. Mold in the bathrooms. I called to have my apt sprayed for roaches and they said they would come I sat home and waited and they never showed but when I called the office Whitney said they did. --------. People selling drugs on the property, bad --- kids. The only thing I really did like about Pine Meadows is the pool. One of the nicest in an apt complex I have ever seen. All in all if you can live with roaches be my guest but I had to move. The 400 and 500 building are infested.
