it is alright....

this was my first apartment and of course like the others..since it was new, what could go wrong? hmmm... what can i say, i only lived in it for about 2 months after i had to terminate my lease. the bathroom, if you try not to wet the floor..you, will hopefully try to avoid molding and cause cracking on the wall. which, i think is a sign of poor quality. the carpet they have in the apartment really annoyed me...to much treading on the floor will make the carpet wear off into lint like balls and it anything that touches it will have traces of carpet. walls are very thin. you can hear things here and there if it is quiet enough like yelling, dog barking.. someone threw a rock or something at my window before i moved in while my stay there for two months they still have not yet fixed it. they really stress no leaving your trash bags outside the doors but they have to do something about the trash bins and they are so big that you actually have to throw the bags 10 feet high.. of course ppl miss and traces of eggs, milk jugs, etc.. left all over. parking is easy to find.. of course if you go there early, if not you would have to park farther than normal. most of the apartments are not occupied yet. so imagin the parking when everything is occupied! i think the apartment was built with poor quility and more and more it is used the quicker it will be run down. apartment reps are available however, when speaking to them .. i feel they don't have any knowlege of he apartment business, they would tell me one thing and then i would go to the manager and she would tell me something totally different. the neighbors are nice, no action going on on the weekends.. everything is quiet...being it is a new apartment complex ... it may change in the course of time.
