I've had issues with noise above and it seems to be a theme here. At first the office seemed to be working with me on the issue but now aren't even returning my emails. The ceiling and floors must be super thin and on top of that they are vinyl flooring, so noise from above is a huge disturbance. There should be a layer of padding between the flooring and floor. Also, the office should be more courteous to those of us with issues.

So far my experience has been great, from the amazing leasing team and maintenance its been awesome. Everyone is nice and responsive to your needs. The amenities are great and it's not like envisioned especially moving from a house to an apartment. the transition has been very pleasing.

Pinnacle Apartments has been the worst living experience I've had. The staff is unhelpful, and the parking garage feels like a scam. The noise is unbearable?you can hear everything, from your neighbor's TV to their dishwasher and laundry machine. The mail situation is also frustrating. Packages frequently go missing, and they don't deliver them to your door. Instead, they're left in a common room where anyone can take them. While the pool is decent, Pinnacle has a strict rule where you can't bring more than two guests without risking a fine, so having company is difficult. The trash valet service is unreliable; half the time, they don't even show up to collect it.

I love the apartment and the community amenities. Staff is also supportive and great. Only issue is the palmetto roaches. Not sure how that are getting on my balcony since it is enclosed. Other than that I am very satisfied

I love it here. people are super nice & very friendly. its quiet which is nice. the parking garage makes parking & access to the apartment very easy. & we are very blessed to have to pools, most places do not have.

So far, my experience has been mostly positive, and I'm enjoying my time here, but I do have a couple of concerns. First, the coffee area is frequently understocked, which can be frustrating. Second, the plants by the pool and near my back porch give off a really unpleasant smell, almost like poop, which detracts from the otherwise nice environment. These issues could be easily addressed and would improve the overall experience for everyone.

Staff is friendly. Maintenance issues addressed promptly. Communication is good. Enjoy the amenities and little perks such as the coffee. Parking garage speeding has been addressed. A more flexible dog policy would be welcomed. Such as allowing visitors with dogs or dog sitting for family.. Thank you.

Found info online while in the Philippines and viewed information and applied for the apartment. After arriving in Jacksonville we stayed in Hotel until 27th Jan 24. They helped with the furniture rental being placed into the apartment prior to us moving in which helped alot. We appreciate all they did to help us get moved in to the apartment.

The community is just that, it's community. The residents are welcoming and for the most part the staff are pleasant and generally helpful. The property itself is beautiful and besides the staircases, its well maintained and clean. The pool guy comes daily which is great, the cleaning staff maintain the I side cleanliness very well and tge propert cleaning staff, keep the pool are and outside perimeter beautiful. I only wish they would do better with keeping the wipes in the gym stocked. No place is perfect. With that said, take time to really inspect your unit when you first move. There are small, not so obvious issues, such as scratched door handles, chipped and unfinished paint and dry wall. These are minor but there are a few major that I don't want to mention as it would give away who I am. Staff DO NOT like when you report issues. So try to do it within the first 14 days per there request survey. And expect disgruntled faces if you have robreport issues thereafter.
