Ever since yall took over it was amazing. Having the same people in the office and maintenance helped us grow so much. Plus the happy faces made it feel like home. A quick response and even quicker fix. Thank you for everything you've done to make this place home and handle any issues.

    Do not move here. They are unorganized and they don't care about over charging you every month. If you don't pay attention, they will take advantage of you. I was the first tenant when this new company took over and each month they've had to remove fees that were placed on my account incorrectly. In addition to that, they ignore you until they feel like addressing your issues. I was excited in the beginning but they showed their true colors and they don't gaf just like most of these property management companies unfortunately.

      Newly moved in and love it already!

      We just moved in about a week ago and we already love it. The gym being 24 hours is a huge plus! And Lysa in the office has been helpful with answering all of my questions! I look forward to my year here!
