It’s a wonderful place to live and have fun. The staff is nice and knowledgeable.There’s shopping center near by call the Loop.There’s also a shopping plaza, where you can do your personal business and grocery shopping.

We have a out standing mantanance staff The office staff go out of the way to treat everyone as family. This is the best office staff we have had here. Please do not move them. Kelvin stood out side with when my lyft driver couldnt fine our building and helped him and directed him to our building. He went above the definition of a manager..

We feel comfortable and safe. The community is friendly and helpful. There are enjoyable as well as healthy activities available for the residents. Many fun and interesting craft classes for creative expression. The present management offers monthly meetings for updates on information about the kinds of maintenance projects to be anticipated and gives residents an idea how and what will effect the routine.

Everyone from the staff to residents are kind. Beautiful community in a beautiful area. Community hall and outside areas are always kept clean. Any issues are always taken care of. Manager is kind and always happy and willing to help to resolve any and all issues.

I’ve been living here for three years now and I have seen a lot of improvements with different management each time new management come on board there’s more and different improvements to the community. I like my apartment comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful. There’s plenty of activities going on during the week overall, I’m satisfied with my stay here.

Very nice place to live. I have lived in other apartments and never seen a better organized staff than here at Album Monterey Pointe. And the tenets here are warm and friendly. We a movie theater a exercise room and pool. It's fantastic. Love it here.

I like this apartment complex for the most part. Not happy that no one ever answers the phone. The hand sanitizer stations are always empty. Some pet owners don't clean up after their pet. The carpet in the hallways are not very clean.

My biggest problem I’ve had here since I’ve lived here is that gate times and I don’t feel secure because the gate is left open and anyone can come in the back and park and that is security problem for me safety issue for me. my wishes that grace I will finally replace that cheap gate it’s just not my feeling but all the feeling of the community is time finally I hope 2024 brings out about thank you

People are friendly, some have moved away or they are deceased. We have had a few security issues, such as, gate malfunctions due to weather, etc. The elevator goes out a few times. I have met some wonderful people, we are retired , most of us and enjoy life.

Living here is great because the security, location, the overall appearance of the community. But every year the rent is higher....the last year my rent rise almost $400 more than the previous year. For that reason I'm planning to move on 2024.. I think is not fare, specially for someone who has lived here for so long. I was paying $1,745.00 on 2022 and in 2023 my rent is $2,000.00

We really like living here. No intentions of moving. The location is fantastic. Our apartment is just what we needed. Enough space to enjoy our retirement. Everything we need in terms of medical, grocery, and car repairs is very close. We hardly put any miles on our car. A good example of how close things are -- we have multiple Publix stores, Walmart stores, Dollar Tree stores, Aldi stores within a 7 mile radius. Most are less than a mile away. We also have Advent Urgent Care at the end of our parking lot. Very handy and very good service. You can walk to many doctors and dentists here as well. This property just got a new manager. Kelvin is very helpful and approachable. He listens to what you are saying and offers suggestions as well as taking into consideration any suggestions you may have. He's just what we needed here..

I believe gates need upgrade; back green areas are full of anthills. If community’s fee increased from $10 to $25 then we should have more variety in happy hours. I do enjoy security maintenance and amenities

I just would like a little info on my Maintenance request - that's all. The 4th floor tenant is Super loud every single day of the week and it has been going on since the person moved in 2 years ago! The person wakes me up at least 5 mornings out of every week! Crashing and banging every morning in the bathroom - turning the ceiling fan on and off - opening and closing vanity drawers - they walk so hard on the floor above that our light fixture near the wash room vibrates and rattles! They have absolutely NO regard for fellow Tenants in this Complex!
