Amazing Property

The leasing team at Twin Lakes is amazing. They are always smiling and ready to welcome you. The community has great amenities, and the gym and sauna are a must. Sometimes you can hear noise from neighbors, but I appreciate that the team always takes action. They respond quickly with emails, calls, or door-to-door letters. I’ve never really liked apartment living, but Twin Lakes has changed the way I see this lifestyle. I recommend Altis Grand Twin Lakes, you will feel right at home.

The community is nice but management is the problem. They constantly send reminders that if you do this or do that it will be a fine and every experience you have at the amenity centers reminds you of that. Speaking of amenity centers, they are open between 9-6 and for those who work normal hours or actually get up early to get stuff done on the weekend, its not viable. They also directly disobeyed my direction o. a maintenance order that I would like to be present for non-emergency maintenance issues, showed up anyways and then yhe office manager proceeded to argue with me on how they keep their schedules for service and windows cant be guaranteed. What happens for those who dont have the ability to work from home? Also dont argue with me. I feel like a prisoner half the time and for these reasons, I will likely not sign again. Its bad that the cameras flash when they pick up your .option to remind you that "Hey. We are watching you". Building 5 also has a guy that works on cars, keeps about 3-4 cars here and starts/runs them at all hours. His garage is next to my master bedroom and its obnoxious every time.

I feel the apartment was constructed in some ways in a cheap way. Walls are somewhat thin & cabinet hinges were coming off , we have to drill them back in & the bar from the balcony was not welded right that it came off without strong force. Very beautiful & nice lay out. That is my only complaint but still love to live here.

It's a wonderful place to live. The buildings are new and modern, with many apartments and well-designed spaces. The community is spacious, clean, and very well maintained. The facilities are beautiful, offering great areas to relax and enjoy. I truly love the atmosphere and the overall experience of living here.
