Mrs. Medina answered all my questions, she helped me with what i needed to send her document wise, she was patient and funny she sold me complex before i saw a unit because she advertised the complex, the lobby is pretty very updated in Furniture, I passed by this place 1 year ago it didn't look like it looks now, very pretty from beginning was welcoming, happy and smiling very professional from start to finish. Called me back when she said she would. Thank you

The apartment complex is in a great location with close proximity to lots of stores, restaurants, and major roadways. There are plenty of amenities such as valet trash. WiFi, a pool and gym on-site that add value to the apartment.

Ya Ya was the best very exciting character true to her word. Everytime we came in just to look at the studios she was always helpful and understanding. Prior to moving in, me and my Wife did all paper work in one day 12-4-25 got everything approved with such urgency and was able to move in 12-11-25. I have never seen a place get you in so fast and have keys and ready to move in. One of our best experience was getting to know Yaya and her personality. Very organized and the area is perfect we got to pick which side of the building we wanted to be on( there are selections). Very cheap for a couple with two sources of income. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for somewhere to (Save Money) and live long term. Again thank you management team ??

Great place to live and great staff helping with move in. It's in a good location close to stores and highway. You should visit their property and take a take tour and see for yourself. It's awesome living here.

I've been having a great experience. The management and all the people from administration are very dedicated and attentives. The place is clean, calm and organized, and the services attached, such as TV and internet, were extremely useful for me.

Great everything that you would ever need is within a mile , the pool is great the staff is beautiful the neighbors are nice and the ac works good rooms are big, kitchen has plenty of cabinet space fridge is ice cold.

So far, so good. As of August 1st, the pool is not open but seems to be opening soon. Still waiting for access to the gym as well. The apartment is a very small unit but is modern, cozy, and has much of what you need!! The location feels pretty safe and I've loved the staff!!!
