My air conditioner would not blow cold air. I called the office number and left a message. Within 10 minutes I received a call back. Maintenance was there within a hour and fixed the problem. Unfortunately, my air conditioner did the same thing about 3 hours later so I had to call again. Within the hour again they were at my apartment fixing the problem. I have not had a problem since then. Thank you Woodlake maintenance.

When I was looking for a place to live, I had a lot of contenders, but due to my specific needs I had to pick an apartment complex that not only would be easy for me to get into my wheelchair, but also a community that was understanding and meaningful with that. Upon moving into this community they have installed a ramp where I needed it. They are replacing door hinges for me so I can fit into places comfortably and safely. They are providing extra support in areas that will allow me to open enclose the apartment door both into my building And into my apartment easier and they do not make me feel like a burden. The apartments are older and in a hidden community but so far I have had no issues. Every now and then I hear my upstairs neighbor, but that is as to be expected in an apartment complex. The grounds are nice there are kids and dogs and young people and elderly people, the complex feels like a home which is some thing that was very important to me moving into a new area

My advice would be to verify in detail if your apartment will look like the videos on facebook. In regards to bathroom and kitchen. The grounds are nice as well as overall accessibility. Pool and laundry are nice as well

Since moving in I've had continuous plumbing issues in both bathrooms and kitchen. I've also had pest issues. Now do to all the water my kid's bathroom floor is warped, bedroom carpets smell and some of my personal belongings have been damaged.
