The apartment I live in is quite nice. My issues are not with the apartment itself, it is more with the responsiveness from the office and maintenance when I have needed their services. I am not pleased at all. I find myself needing to follow up on my requests numerous times before they take care of it. My last issue dealt with my hot tub not working. It took them 2 months to send someone to even look at it. I think that's inacceptable. Had I not paid rent even for a day, they'd be real quick at my door or on my phone trying to solve "their" issue of non-payment. That's the same attention they ought to give to their residents' needs.
