The complex has changed so much. It's hard to get anyone to answer the phone. Or Get maintenance service. I still have the alarm at my front door broken since feb 2021 and no one seems to care or help me.

The service has gone down a lot. Not able to reach the office. Not able to use the online website for bill payment or maintenance orders. Need major upgrades in the apartment. New blinds. Not old stuff

I have had nice experience at the apartment but I recently have had horrible experience with maintenance. Leaving nasty notes and not cleaning up is unprofessional. Then they you don't touch your thermostat. So I must sleep in heat.
