Advenir at Walden Pond is a pleasant place in which to live. The staff is polite but slow in responding to the needs of the tenants. The property itself could be maintained a little better because garbage piles up often. The valet trash situation is completely unnecessary. Tenants are able to empty their own trash; however, it would be of a help if there were parking spaces assigned to the units. Management seems more concerned about frivolous little details like valet trash instead of providing for the actual needs of the residents. Tenants also have out of town guests who occupy the parking spaces that are closest to the apartments. It makes it difficult for tenants who have handicap issues to get back-and-forth to their automobiles. Handicap spaces are few and far between. There are many improvements that I needed here but considering the location and the size of the units, it is still an ok place to live

I love living here. However, management needs to improve their response time. If repairs cannot be made within a couple of days, it will be professional and courteous of management to contact the resident and inform him/her of an approximate date as to when he/she should expect a visit from the maintenance team.

I am very pleased with this apartment area. For the most part, it is a quiet complex. Anytime I have a problem, it is addressed quickly. There are some cosmetic problems that should be taken care of. However, my overall experience as a resident here has been very positive.

If the maintenance team is required, they are always very polite and considerate of my personal needs. The property is cat in a neat manner and the trees and shrubbery are manicured on a regular basis.

Walden is a very quiet community. The appearance is attractive and the grounds are well kept. The maintenance team is very polite and is always willing to help with problems. The office staff is also also very polite; however, the staff could be more accessible. Their hours start a little late in the morning and the person in the managerial position is sometimes hard to reach. There is Also a concern with the gate being open or not working. After all, it is called a security gate. It can't be very secure if it is standing open.
