After 12 years the cabinets are falling apart and need to be replaced l have notified management for more than two years which all promise to odo but no action is taken my rent is increasing each year and my payment is prompt

I truly love the community, however, my patients is wearing out on the needed repairs that I've requested multiple times and the slowness in the response in doing, the proximity to my work is an advantage but I deserve a better quality for the rent I pay

convienently located to all the major roadways, groceries and shopping with proximity to the two major airports Miami and Fort Lauderdale for the most the exterior is well mantained but parking can be difficult at times

I enjoy the community due to the proximity of the major expressways and convenience to work, shopping, however, parking when arriving late is a problem many nights. The recent burglaries is a concern.
