There's a flooding issue by the gate when it rains, they need more staff to address maintenance issues instead of having the residents uncomfortable. Also, phone calls are always forwarded to the answering service which is extremely annoying.

Investigate any apartment complex you choose to lease. Drive around the neighborhood. Ask questions. Read the reviews. I don't have any time to write 200 characters. I'm only writing so my complaints can be addressed in the survey. This is unnecessary.
