I have been living here for a little over a month. I never expected to find the things I came across after viewing the model. In these pictures were what I found in my first week after moving here. It is inappropriate to give an apartment to a renter in that state. After moving I have written the office numerous times in regards to toilets, dishwasher, the exterior walls and stairs so gross and unkept. I am very disappointed. There are no assigned parking, first come first serve basis. If you come home and don't find a parking I have had to park a block down in another building. The pool area had dog droppings in the edge of the pool and garbage in the periphery of the area. I came here with my children, it is far from what I envisioned. With rent this steep ($1590 ) compare to a complexe 10 mins away where a friend of mine lives ($1183) for the same 2/2 it is a world of difference. Those apartments in Sorento are so clean inside and out and water included in their monthly fee. I can't say they don't come around when contacted it is just so many issues. Currently water is coming through the cracks of the floor and it is keeping the entire apartment unsanitary ( don't know where the water is coming from or what kind of water it is). I just think it is a total lack of respect for a place human beings live to be in those conditions. Please refer to the pictures to have a clearer perspective on what I am making an attempt to explain. UPDATE SHOOTING THIS PAST WEEK OMG what else could go wrong! We received a notice regarding the gates that have never once closed since our arrival here that they needed everyone's car's number in order to start closing the gates on august the 3rd. Today is august 15th this is incredible, I am realizing more and more that it is not being handled for the well-being of the people who live here. It is extremely frustrating to live under such conditions! BEWARE!!! UPDATE ROACHES FIRST WEEK WE MOVED IN THEY WERE BABY ROACHES AND NOW THEY ARE FULLY GROWN. twice in two weeks our refrigerator stopped working and got replaced by an old dysfunctional fridge. We lost all of our food twice. I called for over a week to ask if I would be given a compensation for lost groceries they rudely declined and said that they are not responsible for giving out vouchers! I WISH I KNEW WHAT I KNOW NOW WHEN I WAS MOVING HERE. I most definitely would make a different choice.

It has only been 1month. I have written called about dirt and grind I found in our bathrooms kitchen and other places in the house. Dishwashing machine not functional, exterior presentation, stairs,walls, floors, drainage, garbage area just unacceptably disgusting. When it rains the entrance of the apartment is flooded water enters my car as it is so low. Entry gate not closed, pool area dirty with dog poop and garbage everywhere, no assigned parking if I arrive past 7 pm I have to park in another block unable to find a parking near my own apartment. I currently have water coming through the cracks of the wooden floor. Toilets flush slow. I am not very satisfied. The apartments we saw ( the model) is far from what we are living in. We anticipated for weeks a beautiful clean place as the one we visited was in the entrance and looked really nice. Once you enter the complexe and have to live here it is day and night

I moved in a little over two weeks ago. The apartment apparently looked clean, that was until we started to find the dirt and filth in bathroom railings. Toilets were so dirty. Outside walls front and back covered with dust, spiderwebs stuck on stains, the stairs have hair and mildew hanging on the steps right across the apartment entrance. The outer front, back walls, under the sinks, the rust leaking water stains, and leaking faucets. This apartment costs $450 ( water bill not included in the total)more than well kept apartments 10 minutes away ( water bill is included in the fees of the other apartment complex). I cannot believe how dirty they handed this place to us. I have been here for nearly 3 weeks. I emailed about my mailbox keys, called, and all this time later, I still can't access my mail. Driving outside is disappointing that the playground flooring is not following adequate safety measures. Painting old faded swing bars and keeping the equipment clean and up to date should have been a priority since children are outside playing. The street speed bumps are damaged, and the paint is fading. I really want to have more positive remarks; however, it is difficult to do so when in so little time; these are the observations I could make. I expect top-notch when I chose a place to live and pay a high-end price.
