I hate these apartments. No one can never fix nothing. And rent is expensive for nothing. And they continuously firing and hiring all these sorry --- maintenance people. Fix these apartments and stop raising rent

They don't answer the phone. They make promises to fix things and it never get done. The only person that made me a promise and followed up was Brandon. They charging us so much monthly for all these services that's is not utilized. Like valet garbage is a waste of my money because I don't be home to use it. The fee for pest control. They should automatically come out. Why do we have to request it. Y'all don't request our rent money.
