It hasn't been the best nor the worst just okay. Work orders that have been submitted are closed before being resolved. Trash is always overflowing. Security gate never works properly. Insulated foam used to resolve issue with rodents was poorly executed

Overall, my experience here at the Waldenlake have been just okay. There are some areas that requires improvement. The gate is always inoperable at least once a week, dumpster frequently becomes an eye sore due to excessive amount of trash.
