Quiet and friendly neighbors and neighborhood. Pet friendly and effective staff. Maintenance team is courteous and helpful. Gym is convenient for use and they have preferred parking spaces available for an additional fee.

Quiet and clean neighborhood. Very friendly staff at Walden Lake. Maintenance is quick and efficient and eager to help. Chauncey the manager is always willing to listen and offer to help. Recent upgrades to the property is nice

Recently moved in. Quiet and clean neighborhood. Adequate parking and staff is available to answer any questions or concerns you may have. The maintenance crew is friendly, fast and efficient. Nice neighbors

Advenir at Walden Lake. Pleasant experience friendly and knowledgeable staff..Michael and Courtney were both very helpful with my move in process. The property is clean and quiet. Pet friendly neighborhood.
