There has been difficult times living there. Someone was shooting and our car got shot. When we moved in we had a broken master bedroom door. We were told it was going to be fixed. We are still waiting for it to be fixed. We do appreciate the things that has been fixed. For example our refrigerator door was broken and they fixed it. They fixed the plumbing in both bathroom. They replaced the rusted water heater, the broken air conditioner unit, the broken washer and dryer. All in all some times you might have to send a request in and visit the office but if you don't give up. Your things will get fixed or replaced.

    We want to say thank you. We had issues with the apartment from we moved in. We had sent in request and even gone to the office and made a complaint. Thankfully finally the new maintenance head guy came and fixed most of our issues in one day. He even replace our fridge door handle which had been broken over a year ago. Thank you maintenance team and Jose. Continue the good work.

      We had problems with our A/C. We called and sent in maintenance request. The maintenance staff came and looked at it figured what the problem was and fixed it. We also had a rusty water heater and that was replaced. Thank you maintenance staff. It might take them a while to fix stuff but they do.

        They have lied to us. I would not recommend this place to a homeless person. We pay our rent but they don't do what they say they did. It is as if no one cares! We have even gone to the office and talked to the people in the office. Yet still we submit our order to fix stuff and nothing gets done. Then we receive the email saying it is done when it's not. If that's not a lie then you tell me what's a lie? We are disappointed with this complex. It is not what we were told it would be.

          When we moved in were disappointed because it was not what we expected.But, we do appreciate the fact that every time we send in a request to fix something it gets done quickly. Thank you! It has been an interesting experience.
