Don't waste your time and sanity moving here. The office staff is impossible to speak with as they never answer the phone, voicemail, or emails. We were broken into and they gave us no help. Maintenance takes weeks, sometimes longer than a month, to respond to our requests. Don't waste your time please, we are trying to save you.

Apartment got broken into before we got everything move in. Management worked nice with us but maintenance is bad. They are most likely the ones who stole our stuff and the neighbors upstairs. The neighbor upstairs actually caught maintenance going inside without permission or notice. They complete maintenance requests without coming to fix them, or just take forever to contact you. Pool is nasty and you can't use the basketball courts because baskets aren't even installed. Not sure if it's related but got sick after swimming there. They don't close the gate at the front so anyone and everyone can come in.

We had a great move in experience! The staff worked amazing at getting us in, in such short time. Our apartment was broken into and lots of stuff was stolen. The complexed addressed our concerns and needs for us to feel safe again. They were great
