It is a decent community of people. The only thing is that I wish parking was better regulated and there are some wrecked cars in parking spaces that take up space for renters and visitors as well. Another thing is that I wish the sink in the bathroom was not painted over but replaced as there are rust stains that are there. We pay enough money to have a new sink. They don't cost much at Home Depot.

This is my second year here. If the rent everywhere didn't go up I would love to stay but unfortunately South Florida is getting waaaaaay to expensive for my taste. But this apartment is great. No bugs, not too much noise
