I haven't had any issues living here. Just the rent has constantly going up within the year I've been living here and I have yet to enjoy the pool. My neighbors are pretty much to them selves and for the most part everyone gets along. I just would like for the basketball court to return..

Since living here, I've had no problems. I really enjoy the community events they have. The only issue that most places have is flooding,.. Overall, it's a pretty cool place to live. And to my surprise parking is always available..

I was supposed to move-in In June, but my apartment was still vacant. The property mgmt worked extra hard to assure me I will still get the apartment at the same rate. And I can say they keep their word and went beyond refunding me a portion of my deposit. The staff is awesome and understanding
