I do not have anything bad to say about the community. I think everyone is very nice. The only issue I see is that i keep seeing dog poo outside of the building and pee at the ramps. Some residents have their pet without leash and that can be a problem to other pet owners.

I had not had a problem living in the building until recently. My roommate and I have been very respectful of the space and the rules the entire time we have lived in the building and had not had a problem. Recently, we were charged a ridiculous amount for cleaning fee for trash leaking. This was very upsetting because we had not had any problems, this was the first time we were notified of any charge like this, and it was not in our lease that we would be subjected to any fees like this. Due to this totally arbitrary policy, I have lost trust in the building and will not be staying after my lease.

Excellent staff, building conditions, amenities and great location. Neighborhood safe and quiet, definitely is the place to live. Close to the main shops, schools, affordable access to the Miami beaches, the management is professional and helpful

I am happy here in my apartment because I leave alone, never use the gym and other facilites because I am 90 years old, the only problem is the parking because the youth people drive very fast and very close to my car

My rating for the Berkshire is Excellent in all categories ! The ideal 'climate'is brought about by the friendly & knowledgeable staff of Albi, Tracy & especially Ralph who has gone beyond my expectations many times ! Mario & Michael are well prepared technicians & immediately fix with any problem and the cleanliness of housekeeping is tops! I have know this ideal area since 1967 living in my own home 47 years. The Berkshire is ideally designed with amenities & comfortable place for me after downsizing & goes beyond my expectations!!! Love it !! Linda K

The maintenance repair employee was professional however his supervisor was not. The supervisor was abrupt, rude and condescending. The issue I had was not solved and the maintenance notes in the system are NOT accurate. His solution was what I had been doing when the problem developed. I informed the maintenance supervisor that his solution is what led to the problem. He insisted his solution would solve the problem, which it has not. The notes in the system do not accurately reflect my actions prior to maintenance coming to the unit. Please note this is only rejecting the actions and professionalism of the supervisor, not the employee who was with him. The employee was and has always been polite and respectful.

Berkshire is Centric, Clean, smells delish, is Beautiful and pet Friendly. You can walk everywhere and you will feel safe. Staff is friendly and helpful. All neighbors are nice. Amenities are clean, nice and spacious.

Despite the building being primarily concrete, neighbors are generally very loud and regularly hold weekend parties. I’ve had to call security many times because of all-night parties that literally shake things hanging on my walls.

Equisite Living

The most notable aspects of this complex would be the solicitous staff. They will go out of their way to assist you in whatever you need. Specifically, Tracy is especially kind. The facilities are clean and the apartments themselves are spacious and beautiful. It is recommended that you apply for a lease early before other people do - it's worth it.

This is a great apartment complex with excellent management. The amenities are always maintained well. Maintenance responds quickly. The leasing office staff is polite, professional, and accommodating. Tracy helped me select my apartment via video as I was out of the country and she did everything to ensure I had as much information as possible. I love It here!

Great apartments - good community - there is a mix between adults and college kids so there is that - but everyone is respectful. It's probabaly the least "miami" complex you can live in so if you want a get the benefits of being in miami without having to live in a club - great spot.

I have lived at Berkshire for 3+ years and I have no intention to leave anytime soon. The leasing agents are wonderful, the maintenance team is professional and works quickly, the building is always kept in great condition, and the neighbors are friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

Dirty. Elevators awful. Noisy. Dog owners are disgusting (dog area). People drive wild in the garage. Over priced, which makes you think there would be a better class of people residing. My view is a strip club (which lots of my friends have been “robbed” at) Apartment is a good size. Very functional. Nice closet. Great staff. Nice amaneties. Good location (if you’re staying local)

Helpful service from Miriam Mora during move in process!

The Berkshire Apartments is a welcoming community and very helpful during the move in process. Miriam Mora helped us tremendously and showed us around the building to all the available amentities. Everything was clean including the room and all appliances were working efficiently.

Relocating from a Berkshire community in Columbus Ohio to Coral Gables Berkshire has been a great experience. The staff is professional and they take pride in the community. There have been ups and downs. On one hand I have had issues that are resolved in a timely manner, but on the other, the common facilities are neglected and other larger issues are buried and never fixed. The weight room has had a leg machine broken for months without repair, the pool and jacuzzi heater has been broken since I moved in August 2020. The icing on the cake was when my rent was raised by $400 a month only to be faced with months of construction after signing. Had I been told that there were plans to do construction, I would never have agreed to resign.

The staff at Berkshire are very customer focused and always there when you need them. Rafael Wong always hits the ball outside of the park. The location and amenities are also great. I would highly recommend this site to my friends.
