It's an excellent community to live in with required amenities.Pool is beautiful, staff is friendly. Office staff is friendly. Also maintenance service is good.Cleanliness is also good , Parking is a problem sometimes.

Beautiful community, great recreational areas and amenities. The staff is helpful and the neighbors are very cordial and amicable. We are in a very centric area surrounded by schools, parks, shopping centers and highways.

My experience at the Milton Fontainebleu has been a great one, with some minor issues I am currently having . Even though I have been struggling throughout my whole time here I always found peace when I came home. The community is great and the people are very welcoming and friendly. I may not be the best person to write this review because I could be so called "bias". Not bias towards the kind of community this is, because without a doubt it is amazing, but more towards my current situation. I would to be to stay here for as long as time permits and I hope that everyone can someday live in such accommodating place with a spectacular pool, djs with music and food in the weekends. I am the process of trying to get my lease renewed and if all goes well I get the opportunity to stay in this apartment at the Milton Fontainebleu, My true home!

I have actually 10 yrs living in the complex and needs a lot of improvement, renovations, is very outdated parking issues as pets control care is recommended that this is take care off immediately as we need it, for the old residents & new as well.

This community is really nice. The pool, the gym, the areas outside, are all beautiful. The only thing I dislike is the parking. If you come home from work late, you will not be able to find any sorts of parking. I have ended up parking on the side of the street, including many others due to the lack of spaces. After driving around my own complex for twenty to forty minutes and more is beyond my patience. It's wasting my precious gas as well. Besides that, the apartments are well kept and clean. Maintenance usually comes fast to fix these if you're in need of help.

I do not advice to live at Fountainebleau Milton's apart, the manager do not do their job well in this place, you should think twice before move it here. I would like to report througth this web that they have a person that kill and mistreats the ducks around the lake and the managers knows and do not do nothing about. We also called the police, that guy lives in 9619 building apt #114, I beg you if you see something say something please.

People in the office so rude. Looking down at you and showing that you cants afford nothing in that apartment. Having problems with air conditioning past two month. Have to be in 83 degree apartments. Waking up in the middle of the night bc my apartment super hot and can’t sleep well and next day go to work and feel like sh..t. This happened in past month 7 times. Calling maintenance they comes only next day , saying they fix it but after 4-5 days this problem appears again. And have to go trough stress again. Terrible apartment . People park where they want in the middle of the road , you can’t even squeeze through to exit apartment, and security are not doing anything about it. Neighbors super loud can’t sleep at night.

I’ve been living at Milton Fontainebleau for almost 3 years and all i can say is really shameful how people are treated by office staff, they never know nothing, They don’t have communication between the staff and the manager, always you need information they are completely lost, They are like machines that the only thing they know is to say a rent value, I have been trying to move into a 3 bedroom apartment, and the treatment I have received has been disgraceful, The manager told me that she had a unit available but that it had just been vacated, so that they were repairing it, she sent me to see the unit even with a non office staff, I went to see the unit with a maintenance worker, the unit was obviously destroyed, so I had to wait for them to finish it, the unit is unoccupied and still under repair, the manager is on vacation and the (competent) staff there tell me that the unit is already rented, REALLY? That is the treatment that Milton Fontainebleau gives to residents like me who, even in times of a pandemic, i have not stopped paying rent for a single month.

I don't see honesty in management. WhenI was leaving the apartment I forgot to turn off autopay and the money was transferred. They charged me one more month extra even after giving 2 months advance notice and completing the lease.

Cuando vas a Rentar, te llevan a Apartamentos modelos, preparados para vender, pero en realidad, los Edificios estan sucios, Huelen mal, rentan a 10 personas en 1 solo Aparatmento, Permiten que Residentes, Renten cuartos dentro de su Apartamento, en el edicifio 9561, del Piso#6, los inquilinos son irrespetuosos, a menudo hay que llamar a la policia, las mascotas orinan en las escaleras, super caro la renta, sinceramente, loca porque se venza el Contrato

If possible please avoid this community they just increase rent without any reason next in the morning minimum 10mins to go out from Apartments. Next security is worst. They won't check any incoming people id. I don't know what they do. Worst apartments in this area. I can't find any good thing about this apartment. If possible please avoid

Security is a joke, no one should ever think they're above anyone and treat everyone humbly and utilize good problem solving skills. Asking tenants to input 5 star reviews to enter a raffles for TV. That not how you properly get review of tenants who value and enjoy where they live.

Worst place to live!!! We have lived for almost a year, the contract almost ending, thank God!!! I can not wait to leave that apartment. The neighbor apt# 807 has no respect for anyone, music, screams and scandal every day of the week regardless of the schedule, we can not be at peace in our house so we will not renew the contract. The security is useless, they ignore you when you call them to complain about the noises. Very bad experience There's been vandalism, shooting in the pool, etc.

Worst Management and Worst Maintenance. Don't understand what we are saying and don't fix the issues. And don't understand what they are checking at the gate. Security is worst. In the morning time it is horrible to go to the office. It takes minimum 5 mins to going out in the morning. I complained almost 5 times about bathroom leakage issues, but they didn't fixed. And without any reason they just increase the prices for renewal. If you are easy to adjust for any thing and you can wait in the morning for going office then you can stay here. Other wise this apartment is not recommended.

No parking, I don't even know why we have a security gate when they just let everyone in anyway. You have to pay to use the gym lol it's a ------- joke. Office people suck and are rude. This place is just crap.

In my opinion, I think this property is amazing. I absolutely feel great here! The staff, maintenance team, everyone is very nice and friendly. I don't have any complaints at all. It feels like a city in here.

Cant stress enough stay away from this hell hole. Hurracaine Irma is coming, the doors and window have shutter rails but they dont provide the shutters. Cant wait for 60 days to pass so I can get the Fu?K out lf this hell hole.

Worst place to live in. Please do not move here. Maintanance department is a disaster and management the same. They do not care or provide good service. They all cover their backs and never solve the problems. There are roaches all over and garbage and smell of contamination. This will go further. Since I signed the lease and moved in I have been willing to leave all the time and this is serious because it also involve the health of everyone around this place.

DON'T LIVE HERE!!!! i HAVE BEEN HERE FOR 10 MONTHS AND I AM CUTTING MY LEASE SHORT AND MOVING OUT. MY DISHWASHER WAS BROKEN FOR OVER 6 MONTHS AND THEY ACT LIKE NOTHING. THE BUILDING IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES. THEY SAY THEY WILL DO PEST CONTROL EVERY MONTH BUT IT RARELY HAPPENS AND WHEN THEY DO ALL THE ROACHES COME OUT FROM EVERY WHERE EVEN WORSE. DISGUSTING. THEY ARE SO OVER CAPACITY THAT YOU CANNOT FIND PARKING AFTER 8 PM THEY HAVE EVEN STARTED LETTING PEOPLE PARK IN A TOW AWAY ZONE YET THEY TOWED MY CAR FROM A PLACE NOT MARKED TOW AWAY. WHEN I WENT TO COMPLAIN THE MANAGER TERRY MARTINEZ BASICALLY BRUSHED ME ASIDE AND TOLD ME IT WAS MY RESPONSIBILITY. YET THEY CANNOT EVEN CONTROL HOW MANY RESIDENTS THEY HAVE. PLUS THEY CAUSE MAJOR TRAFFIC DELAYS ON THE MAIN ROAD BECAUSE TOO MANY "VISITORS" ARE GOING INTO THE COMPLEX. I REPEAT DON'T LIVE HERE!!!
