Many cleanliness issues, permanent pest infestation, too many people in the community so that trying to find a parking spot after 10pm is a real nightmare. Many areas to improve yet. Neighbors must be more considerate with the other residents, many of them don't even clean after their pets (example).

Not good at all. Cleanliness and maintenance in common areas, elevators, driveways, halls, etc. are NONE. Too much noise, in our apartment (6th floor) due to machines on the roof over my celling, loud parties until dawn especially on fridays and saturdays, people speaking loud in other balconies and streets at late nights. Also, overnight dogs barking on balconies, all night until dawn.
