Pros - close to many supermarkets, malls and lot of restaurants. Cons - Very crowded, nobody follows the rules, dog poops everywhere, units easily gets molds. Amenities are okay, maintenance staff are good. Overall for the price we pay, is not worth.

Generally okay with the community and management try to keep it well but still has problems too. Loud music with late night parties at home, pet ---- in most of the lawns, reckless drivers driving dangerously and making loud noises at night are the common occurrence every day.
