Living here could be so much better if the surrounding common areas were cleaned. No dog pee or poop. No trash laying around. People are parking their vehicles along the road overnight when they don't find space. The employee in charge of parking security doesn't do a good job at all. I reported a vehicle without barcode parked on an area for residents and after going 3 times more and 4 weeks later it was finally removed. There wer teenagers sleeping in this vehicle for months. The pest control services have canceled 3 months in a row and im seeing little roaches around now. Every other week some kids think is funny to turn on the fire alarm and its been going since I moved in june 2022. No one has done anything about it. The outside walls of buildings are moldy. Every time that it rains there are heavily flooded streets due to poor drainage in between the buildings. I know for a fact the many residents have dogs over the weight and size limit and I see some dogs spending the whole day every day out in balconies.
