For quite some time I was very happy on this community, but lately many things has changed for the worse. There are no lights on the street lamps on the are of the building 9581, at night is very dark and scary. The maintenance of the building is very bad, the buildings look old and deteriorated, before, you used to paint and take care of the gardens, the lights, the cleaning. The areas of laundry, what a mess, they are dirty all the times, full of roaches. The doors of each apartment are peeled off of the many years had been without a retouch. The elevators there is no week without having at least one no working. There is not enough parking. You paid the rent so high, that many people are subleasing to a second family, in apartments of two bedroom there are two families living. The pool what to say. At least now there is some order, but the guy you have at the door is unnecessarily nasty with people. Before everybody around knew that everybody could go to the Milton's for a pool day. The BBQ and the children's place at the back. the grass is high, is so unattended, so dirty. You are charging the rent very very high but the truth is this building is looking like any building in the Hialeah area and in really bad shape. You stopped painting inside the units when it's the time of signing a new contract, I had to pay on my own for somebody who will paint. This building used to be very nice and charming and very well taken care of, sadly, none of this will describe the current conditions. I cannot recommended anybody to live here. There is concern because the situation of housing in general in Miami is really bad, otherwise me as many of other tenants that we have lived here for years, we prefer to live elsewhere. You charge money for rent as a luxury rental, make the property to look like one, we are far from been Brickell and close enough to Hialeah. The only good thing that there is now is the Gym, the mail room, and the people like Teresa and Alejandra that works in the office.
