1.Apartment surroundings,swimming pool,childrens park,parking,party areas,garages(3) are always clean and they well maintained everyday by cleaning. 2.Grass is cleared once in a week. 3.Trashchute are everyday cleared. 4.Pesticides,firealarms,escalators are well inspected. 5.Maintenace department responds to resident portal tickets within 24 hrs and sometimes less than 2 hrs depends on severity. 6.Well managed and organized community and good leasing staff for any other resident related questions. 7.Gated community with security 24/7 round the clock. 8.It would be better if every house hold has one reserved parking in garage or any other location other than Versailles. 9.Not sure why the gym is not free other than Versailles resident.It would be nice to have free membership to all residents.
