The concept is nice but some upgrade has to be done. My door looks like a cat scratch it? they painted it awfully and is worse. They don't do AC maintenance until it collapsed and you have to call to fix it. A major problem is the roaches infestation which is disgusting and I don't even cook to avoid them. Parking is limited if you get home late. Also my roof has leaked 3 times. No maintenance is properly given. Garbage at the parking lot sometime is insane. Many things to improve ! Based on the rent I pay
